Service

Hubrium provides authorised access to supported third-party AI models through a compatible API. Model availability, features, context limits, latency and prices may change as upstream services change.

Acceptable use

You must comply with applicable law, upstream model terms and Hubrium usage policies. You may not use the service to evade access controls, distribute malware, violate intellectual property rights or create unlawful content.

Billing and tax

Usage is metered by model, input tokens, cached input where reported and output tokens. Prepaid credit is deducted according to the customer rate active at request time. All prices are quoted in USD exclusive of VAT and any other applicable tax; tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your billing country. EU business customers who supply a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge.

Refunds

Prepaid credit that has not been spent is refundable. Email support and we will return the unused balance to the original payment method. Credit already consumed by completed API requests is not refundable, because the underlying inference has been delivered and paid for upstream.
