Information we process

Hubrium may process account details, payment records, API request metadata, token usage, security logs and support messages to provide and protect the service. Prompt and response handling, retention and regional processing must be confirmed against the production infrastructure before this policy is published.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate users, route authorised API calls, calculate usage, prevent abuse, provide support and comply with applicable law. We do not describe customer prompts as training data unless a separate, explicit agreement says otherwise.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising cookies. If you accept analytics in the cookie banner we load Google Analytics 4, which sets its own cookies to count visits and measure which pages are used; advertising and personalisation signals are switched off. Nothing is requested from Google until you accept. Decline, or withdraw later from the footer, and the measurement is disabled and those cookies are deleted. Your choice is stored in your browser, not on our servers.
